I had Margot Murphy from Raleigh Hills Branch do a Live Short Sale Class in my Branch today. I saw this presentation at the Las Vegas Convention and asked Margot to do it for my office. If all our agents had this information our closing rate on this type of transaction would go up dramatically. After going to all the Title Companies and other classes offered around town that barely gave the basics, getting a hands on, question answering, work book with all the necessary information that an agent would ever need was terrific to go too. Even with my Foreclosure back ground there was lots of information that I (I know, hard to believe huh) didn’t know! She’s truly an expert and it would pay big dividends if her information was available to all our agents. This was worth the price that we all paid. I plan on turning this information into dollars now!
