Dear Margot, I enjoyed your very helpful and informative class. I went to quite a bit of seminars and some are small ones like yours and I always want it to end as soon as it even started because they are not as thorough and geared to make you learn but want you to buy their dvd or cds that they are selling.

I am in my 60 years of age and my brain does not retain a lot of information so your outlines on checklist and at a glance cheat sheets are helpful. Anyway, most of all I am more than honored to be in your class.

I had Margot Murphy from Raleigh Hills Branch do a Live Short Sale Class in my Branch today. I saw this presentation at the Las Vegas Convention and asked Margot to do it for my office. If all our agents had this information our closing rate on this type of transaction would go up dramatically. After going to all the Title Companies and other classes offered around town that barely gave the basics, getting a hands on, question answering, work book with all the necessary information that an agent would ever need was terrific to go too. Even with my Foreclosure back ground there was lots of information that I (I know, hard to believe huh) didn’t know! She’s truly an expert and it would pay big dividends if her information was available to all our agents. This was worth the price that we all paid.
