Master the Distressed Property Niche Market of Short Sales, REO and Broker Price Opinions

I have talked to you a few times last spring regarding the HUD calculator but I feel it’s time to give you some feedback on how you have changed my career.

Last fall I bought all three programs, BPO’s, short sales, and REO’s with some hesitations. Like many agents we have all heard the song and dance about making more money only to end up loosing money. I started doing BPO’s almost immediately and was blown away that I had my first order within hours of finishing the BPO training.

I have tweaked your system to fit my needs and I have become a big player in the 23rd largest market in the country. My broker has now dubbed me the short sale pro and all 357 agents have been directed to talk to me about their short sales. Many of them just have me work the files and they take a referral fee in the end. My success rate thus far is 91% closing with 10 files currently on my books.

I love short sales and my client love the fact they are getting out of an enormous problem without a foreclosure on their records. Thanks you very, very much!  

P.S. Would please stop selling your system to agents in the Twin Cities?
